I wrote this review before I went to the spa which turned out to be another bad experience. They have a new policy of not turning on the sauna and steam room till 1.30 pm so they were cold.
A beautiful hotel in the perfect location. Staff are friendly and the room was spacious Glasgow slots and very clean. Breakfast options were great and overall deco of the hotel is beautiful. Spa was great.The lounge is also very nice

Great place, had a wonderful anime event. Lots of kind friendly people and very attentive staff. I had the pleasure to watch the women's cricket that was on whilst the event was on and I wasn't disappointed!

Been a few times now with my friend, actually tried out a different casino and we had a moment of "... Eh, it's not as friendly as the Rainbow though is it..." ????
Gabriella on front desk was so incredibly nice,informative funny. I had zero questions left. Room was clean and highly fitted out. Every staff member was fantastic from the guy and girl running the pool to the breakfast army of staff.
